1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high-demand periods.
3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹ 700/-

Standard Shipping: ₹ 70/- per 500 grams

Express Shipping: ₹ 120/- per 500 grams
4. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Once processed, your order will be dispatched via our trusted shipping partner, BIGSHIP.
5. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order directly on our website using your order ID.
6. Delivery Issues & Undelivered Orders

If the courier is unable to deliver your package, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you for re-shipping or a refund (excluding shipping charges).
