1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (if applicable)

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high-demand periods.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹ 700/-

  • Standard Shipping: ₹ 70/- per 500 grams

  • Express Shipping: ₹ 120/- per 500 grams

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

  • Once processed, your order will be dispatched via our trusted shipping partner, BIGSHIP.

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order directly on our website using your order ID.

6. Delivery Issues & Undelivered Orders

  • If the courier is unable to deliver your package, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you for re-shipping or a refund (excluding shipping charges).

7. Returns & Refunds Due to Shipping Issues

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, you may request an update or cancellation (if eligible).

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed for lost, undelivered, or damaged shipments.
